This bag, let me tell you something about this bag right here! It held everything I needed with me, safely, comfortably and without worry about anything being taken from me. In fact I made a custom sleeve cover and it acts as another cover pocket to keep my things extra safe. Filling it up was a bit challenging at a water station since it literally squirted everywhere but into the bag but filling it with water bottles after filling them up at a station made it easier.
Now the Gen Z company itself has the best customer service, I ordered this through a partnered company and when I had an issue with my mouth piece they answered back and sent a new one right out. Also ordered a custom slip cover and had messaged back and forth for days making sure I’d get it on time and they were kind and patient ensuring I’d get it on time, it came earlier than expected and came out beautifully. I definitely will be getting more from them for myself and as gifts.

I love the fact that it didn’t bother me having it in my back all day, I used it for the first time at Beyond Wonderland, only thing I wish was different was if it had a separate pouch that separated the hydration pouch from whatever you decide to place inside ur bag, but other than that it’s a great bag and it’s pretty slim as well
